Bridging Movement Programme with Y.T.
The aim of this programme is to bridge the gap from a life with less exercise and movement .
Looking around the world of exercise it can feel quite isolating unless you are young, with a certain look and much time to dedicate to enhancing this side of life.

In reality for most of us, often we have demands or challenges that mean this world seems a stretch away, we may have an unexpected response to an illness, a situation or a chronic condition that has reduced interaction in many areas of life. It may just be that our stability or mobility need some attention. We might find it difficult to know where to start and more importantly how to feel comfortable and confident in ourselves getting to a place where we can feel well placed and excited about moving better.
Where to start
This bridging programme will look at your current aims, take into consideration any thing that you feel is hindering you and where you might like to get to. Using yoga therapy techniques we can look at building efficiency in regular movement to make daily life easier all the way through to helping you feel comfortable joining a class.

We will take time to listen to your body and take cues from it on best way forward.

Explore supportive practices and encourage comfort in mobility.

Stability is key to improved mobility and we will work with creating a foundation that encourages movement from a stable baseline for everyday tasks or exercise.

Build confidence in exploring more possibilities. Encourage you to explore your own body type and what may be accessible to you that you have not considered before.

Initiate home practices to build confidence in your own time in a way that supports you well and more importantly is something you actually want to do! Enjoyment is key.
